Grow Wild Society

The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium formed the Grow Wild Society as a way of thanking donors who give $1,000 or greater annually. During the inaugural Grow Wild Society (GWS) event, members were the very first to watch the polar bears swimming overhead in Water’s Edge. Since then, GWS members and their families have enjoyed special encounters with our black rhinos Azizi and Jomo; joined us for a tour and picnic at our International Conservation Center (ICC); had cocktails on the Zoo’s green roof and gardens, and met with Greg Rasmussen, world-renowned expert on African painted dogs, during an African wine tasting.

Your membership in the Grow Wild Society will give you a closer partnership with the foremost conservation organization in the region, while supporting the Zoo’s vital mission and current programs.

New members are always welcome to join the Grow Wild Society. Membership commences when a gift or pledge of $5,000, $2,500 or $1,000 is made and expires 12 months later. For additional information on Grow Wild Society benefits, click here.
