Orientation
Listed below are the required items for orientation.
Employees must bring the following
- Clear background check
- Child abuse history clearance (if you are working directly with children)
- Negative TB test (proof of your results is required on your orientation day)
- School work permit
- Two forms of proper ID:
- Driver’s license or photo student ID
- Birth certificate
- Voided personal check (if you want to sign up for direct deposit)
- Pay-stub from previous employer or proof of paid $52 EMS tax
- Social Security card
- Or valid passport (if using passport, no additional forms of ID are needed)
Interns must bring the following
- Money order of $10 for PA background check (cost for out-of-state check varies).
- Child abuse history clearance (if you are working directly with children)
- Negative TB test (proof of your results is required on your orientation day)
- Two forms of proper ID
- Driver’s license or photo student ID
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Or valid passport
- Volunteer waiver form
All documents are required before entering orientation class. If you have one missing item you must reschedule your orientation. No exceptions!
